Where did you hear about Project 1999?

I was waxing about the old days to someone online. I started looking up old screenshots and found the site. I thought to myself "Wow, I wonder how many years this will take before it's up and running, I wish I could play it now."

Then I noticed the server had gone live 3 days prior.

I came 7 times.

I simply stumbled upon it via Youtube videos. Like many, I was a long time EQ player that eventually migrated to WoW.

I was elated at the possibility and frantically looked for a EQ-Titanium at the local game stores, only to come to a dead end. Luckily, I found one online for a reasonable price and here I am!

Eager as ever about the future within the past...can't wait.

I'd seen it mentioned on the mmorpg.com forums a few times, but I didn't really pay much attention, since I was playing/trying out different games. A couple of days ago I was waxing nostalgic about old EQ, and saw another post mentioning Project 1999 on those forums, so here I am.
