Was observing tonight that I'm still only getting +5 a tick while sitting wearing a fungi.

Post-patch, the Fungi tunic on my 43 warrior Shea is only giving me +5 regen a tick, not +15.

There was an underlying issue which was preventing the worn effects from working. That has already been fixed.

There was another issue affecting the Fungi Tunic in particular. That will be fixed soon.
