That's also a guide from 2006. They have an edit note "Changed Max Hit of Hand of Veeshan to 865 (Credit: Technetium)", but when you scroll down to Hand of Veeshan it says "500". Looks like someone goofed when editing the entry.

The eye is a pushover, comparable to the sister.

The hand double for 865, procs a 500 dd, and AEs for 200 - one mean bastard. Both are lure only of course.

Another issue is the Eye of Veeshan's resists. Currently you can nuke with normal nukes from a distance. These guides indicate high resists or lure only.

To me it looks like quads every 1.5 seconds.

P.S. Nirgon, you should just stop before you embarrass yourself any more. Heartbrand did some good research; your only goal is to troll the people who kicked you off R99.

In reality there are far more things in sky that are charm immune that shouldn't be than there are charmable things that shouldn't be (see my long post on plane of sky).

Never said I knew the exact values for what the Eye should be hitting for, nor will I stop reminding you that both the Keymaster and Sirran were used for a very brief period while the bard charm was bugged.

Addition:
Trakanon's breath is too easy to resist here (big time).
This bee should be doubling, not quadding for 800s.
Time to stop mage sword procs when wielded by pets on non-summoned (something I recall, and thank god there were patch notes otherwise you'd disagree on that too).

No one has ever posted good evidence that Sirran should be charmable by enchanters. The only evidence posted was on par with the quality of that Plane of Sky guide.
If the Eye is hitting for too much? Make it classic, bring it down.

You realize on live this game has had 11 years to do updates from velious to present right ? Logs on live now mean nothing without archived proof... Would prob be better off trying to find evidence on this through the wayback instead of on current live ( 11 years ahead of the expansion / classic state of game were in remember? ).
