The "conversation" in the #project1999 channel seemed to be the worst of the worst when I was in there two weeks ago. I have better things to do with my time than to constantly be /ignoring people hoping for something worth reading or responding to.

Pidgin is solid all around, great for managing all of your messaging accts as well. Been using it for years, got started on it for IRC access and fell in love with the rest of the program.

Hrm while thinking about it, anyone know of a stable online "client"? I can't install fuck all on my work computer but I do recall a few years back I was chatting it up through a browser window that didn't need an install. Off to google I go but figured I;d ask here, don't care how much functionality it has as long as I can access chat without getting booted every few mins.
