Nope, he clearly is the biggest name in science next to Hawking, telling you there is a God, and he plays dice with the universe. It's crystal clear.

You don't understand what he is saying at all. For a prediction, you need a) a theory and b) data. The jury is still out on whether the the universe is deterministic, but Quantum mechanics says that you can never have the data, so you can never do the prediction. That's why he says 'in a sense you have free will', i.e. in the sense that your decisions cannot be known in advance.
