I especially loved the Game of Thrones spoiler that Miguel spammed in OOC the other day.

Most of the people spamming in OOC must certainly realize they are responsible for people choosing not to play red?

It makes the server look like a bunch of uneducated morons. (I've actually met many decent people on red, but they aren't spamming OOC obviously)

Want to boost red pop? Get rid of global OOC and enforce classic OOC rules. Pretty much everyone on this server who talks shit in OOC would have been banned already if this was live classic.

I'm for everything classic class balance, resist system, item loot, etc. Ya damned right I refuse to play a class that was altered that far from it's original state from 1999 to the point where they are forced to rely on song that was never even mem'd in classic EQ. But I know that logic will be lost on you.

When I posted about wanting item loot ya said I cried too, but I expect that kind of attitude from a guy who talks with Nizzar's dick hanging out the side of his mouth.

ooc is pretty awful, easily worst of any game I've ever played. Unfortunately it comes down to the same three to four players who are the worst offenders, have been petitioned seven thousand times, and yet nothing has ever happened to them. Shrug. I don't care for myself but I do for the countless people who decide not to play here because their first impression is slathar / fecal / Huggies aka steaks / cwall spam

Goading, trash-talk, and verbal abuse can be used for various tactics of mental attrition.

The game features both badword filter and ignore feature for player's who cannot handle the strain of such assaults. I can see why player's like Bazia or Gloinzz would be against such stratagems as they are too dull witted to ever poise a threat with any form of rhetoric.

But this is a pvp server, and it's oldschool, this is aint 2013 with your anti bullying rules it's 1999 where kid's go home with black eyes.

We can handle adult language, that isn't the issue. Quite the opposite, really. Maybe you're hoping to catch us off guard in the time it takes us to roll our eyes? :P

But yeah. Your gradeschool ooc banter is a turn off, and I think it's bad for the population. It's a tiny minority of people abusing their ooc privileges, and to take away ooc because of them would be a shame. But those few people hurt the population, just like taking global ooc out of the game would.
