Well it is free mana regen so it is nice for PL imo not like they need that regrowth if they're just damaging mobs that your taking hits from DSing

But he already has a bp that does a mana free regen?


Edit: Honestly I'm just trying to keep new kerwin from wasting his money. If he is makinga druid twink then its a good buy, otherwise he has a better item already equipped.
