Just deleting all the raid content and replacing it with old school vanilla style droppable lewts and adding item loot would.

A. Balance the game.
B. Keep it fun and fresh for years.

C. Maybe add a ketchup mechanic that takes into account avg lvls on the box. Once 90% of the box hits 60 every gets reset to lvl 1 and xp curve dramatically nerfed. It slowly rises over time again until the cycle repeats.

Let ppl put 1 item in a safety box in hhk that doesn't reset.
