Druid/Shaman Duo?

I have a level 14 druid and my friend is a level 15 shaman. I was going to level up another class to group with him to make a better duo, but its taking foreeeeeeever.

Is a Druid/Shaman combo viable? I've heard shamans are basically viable duo with anyone, but how would Druid/Shaman work?
