Rogue trainers in FV?

I was trying to find some info on this (and found an old post from 2003 that seemed to imply it) but is there rogue/other class trainers in the Firiona Vie outpost?

My rogue is level 13, and I'd like to head to Kurn's, but want to be able to train double attack at 16 without having to head back to the mainland.
