Yeah, breaking in is pretty trivial if you just stand in the middle of the hill and don't move. Mobs take forever to kill each other, but there's little risk of death since everything is mezzable. I soloed Wraith of the Shissar for myself a year back and learned fear break pretty well. Nowadays, I just root/mez and run to West Wall.
Also, the update page has me down for Dread, not Terror.
Terror's area is a bit more difficult than break-in. It's filled with 50-52 mobs (Boltrans and numerous expensive breaks) and Worry Wraiths which dot (another reason to use Boltrans). Dread is a lot easier to do since he's right by the corner, but he wasn't up when I went in.
