The original Lodi spawn would be hard to get right.. it was the stuff of rumors. Eventually it was fixed to be 12 with a +/- 1 hour variance, me and a friend claimed him every spawn for a month in PoP, however originally he supposedly skipped spawns sometimes, leading to wide speculation on when he pops. I would assume he has the same spawn timer, only the skipping was fixed. No idea if it was intentional or not.

I am basing this map/shell info off of http://dragonsofmist.dyndns.org/alla/npc.php?id=110099 as I honestly can't remember specifics and the site seems accurate, but I do know he could drop more than 1 shell. Regarding loot, one map was 100% and the other was a 35% chance, same for shell pieces. 2 random items(even the same item). He didn't drop 4 spells every time, according to a couple threads I dug up he sometimes dropped no spells. My memory was fuzzy on that since they were meaningless by PoP era.

I recall corudoth being in at launch, but no one used him because sony was nice enough to put Keref 5 inches from Lodi's spawn, so memory could be wrong. Eventually he was made to be uncharmable, but that was 4/21/04 from what I've found. He was for the quest Reinforcements for The Tunarean Regiment, which I never even knew about. I can't find any hard evidence of him being in at launch, but the quest has comments as early as 6/4/01.

Also, in before "BRO I HAD HIM SNARED IT WAS MY CLAIM."
