Wanting people to take care of each other because that is a good thing to do, without the use of force is the only way a true libertarian/small government society will work.
Persuading people to take care of one another by convincing them through debate/dialogue is the polar opposite of communism and marxism.

There's no use of force. No one's forcing you to get government mandated healthcare. It's available on a per-need basis. What are you not understanding? It's still people helping people no matter it be government or not.
What I don't understand is why you would rather take away a public resource that exists when all else fails? I can understand wanting to take away tax dollars from systems that we could do without, but really, taking away basic human rights fallback options because "I don't think it's right in my moral compass?" That is where your logical fallacy lies. If something's not done YOUR way it's a disaster waiting to happen, and that's wrong, if you can't keep your mind free and open (which you demonstrated in this thread in the OP saying that all transsexuals have or wanted Sex Reassignment Surgery) then why are you even in politics? You'll argue the same shit because you think it's right, and won't change your opinion.
