If you want Kelethin faction without penalties - buy CB belts and pads and turn them to merchant Linadian somewhere on the 3rd level of Kelethin - you get 4 positive elf factions out of that and no negatives.

This got me thinking about what quests I could do to raise my faction with the banker in kelethin. Would probably have to be a quest giver on one of the factions that killing CB orcs raises... like this quest: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=145

However, after checking banker Willaen's page: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=1206 some old comments there are saying that he's not on merchants of kelethin faction and possibly on anti-mage faction instead? Is this true for P99?

Would I seriously have to raise the banker's faction to be able to bank in kelethin? Isn't there some trick like invis or illusions I could use to bank there?

I'd love to be able to bank in kelethin as a wizard since it's so close to a wizard spire, easy to port in there, do my banking and selling and then gate back to wherever I was.
