actualy the live revamp released to normal servers was 2004 in stormhammer it was late 2003 . i was part of the few stormhammer players who actualy had the key pre revamp and field etst the zone in private with then GM lead Pugigi.
this initial revamp didint have quests but yes planar items level drops and the chance to spawn mini bosses for the classic loot.
quests where added later along the event for the new key .
