Ah yea, I forgot I've also done BBQ blue cheese chicken sandwich's and burgers. Usually use sweet baby rays as the sweetness and thickness plays well with the blue cheese. Mix in blue cheese and sweet baby rays until its something like a paste of near equal amounts. When burger or chicken sandwich is almost done paste some of it on top, and add a slice of your choice of cheese (usually something white.. jack/swiss/etc.) on top of the paste to melt over and hold it in there! mmmmmm mmmm bitch
