I thought the point of outsourcing is to save money; it's supposed to be cheaper, isn't it? I still think it's their fault for hiring the shitty Canadian company. How embarrassing for Obama that the application process is such a big fail. Doesn't inspire much confidence for the future success of Obamacare.

Again you are equating to unrelated things to one another to try to prove a (non)point. You act like this is the first time the government fucked up when deciding on how to proceed with an IT job.
I forgot where I read it but something along the lines of 96% of all IT jobs the government has attempted over $10,000,000 have failed. This isn't new.
It also has nothing to do with how well the affordable healthcare act will fare in the long run. The website sucks, big deal, a ton of companies/organizations that are very successful have (or have had for a long while) shitty websites.
Private companies in bed with each other running the nation's health insurance doesn't work, this also isn't news. The affordable healthcare act is the first serious effort to try and fix that. If you know so much and can do so much better why don't you become the president and do a better job?
