I'd recommend going to Rathe Mountains and soloing Cynthia the gypsy, No faction hits, is a wizzy. 3 nukes and she runs, and gives great exp up to 40-41. I would send pet in, spam the nukes, loot (drops some minor gems and up to 5pp) wait 6min or so and do it all over again. If you can catch her before she buffs up (hp buff) all the better!!
