Does server-wide raid suspension include Hate/Fear/Sky?

you can, but according to what Sirken said last night, do you really want to risk a personal suspension or Ban?

I'd really just like to know for sure if I can do it. I'm not asking to be a troll; I thought if the server raid system shuts down it might be a good time to try fear golems for solo artist shenanigans, because I sure won't be able to lock down NG or Disco if everybody can't raid.
