you dont know how much power comes with the spin of the hips... from :028 to :039 he had this opportunity. even if he didn't kill him with an attempt to snap his neck, just damaging the neck muscle in it self could render the opponent unable to move. arms and legs wont work if the major neck muscle is damaged.
