Wurmslayer - This was Secondary and Range slot usable for some time and was nerfed. I don't think it was ever Piercing however, and I can see why. That would produce some overpowered backstabs.
wurmslayer was def piercing originally. When I got one on my ranger in classic, he had no piercing skill and it was a joke - as for backstabs, they were not rogue usable.
