DOwnload troubles

okay so I just made a thread named DL troubles, figured it would be a little misleading.

I just bought a new comp, windows 8 on it. I downloaded the titianium and installed and I cant change the eqhost, it says denied. Any help ? Thank you [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I understand this isn't a download problem issue either, gimme a break, im tired ;\
