Exp is already challenging. Add pvp and only your hardcores will be patient enough to endure.

2. Make fresh red server
This will mitigate/eliminate twinks and griefers to some extent.
Will allow certain groups, guilds, and communities to start and flourish correctly
Keep server around long enough for it to grow healthily

3. Merge both red servers
Population fixed
Perception of server fixed
