NPC Spawn Issue: High Keep Goblins? Missing 3 I know for sure.

In highkeep basement I know for sure you are missing about 3 mobs. one is in the Lookout room as you walk into the room on the right hand side there is one inside the door next to the door, can be a spiritist, Lookout, or guard?

Also in the Guard camp i know your missing a spawn there its in the corner where it leads back to a incomplete tunnle thing, a Thief, lookout, guard, Spiritist, or Cab can spawn there, and the final one, The Thief in the hallway going toward Raider/ Seer room is missing, this spawn is the same level range as the Thief / lookout are / is. There has been mobs there on live, and has as far back as I can remember and I started played 1 month after kunark came out. These were removed for some unknown reason Im only reporting this now as I feel its important to get everything correct. Dont know why they were removed but they should still be in there.

They share the same loot table with the rest of the goblins in the basement. Also missing other certain named mobs (they share the spawn with The Goblin thief within the guards area of this camp, A goblin, and Crazed goblin see link here :http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=20420

I dont know if the item dropped here is currently droping off some others but shouldnt, only 1 mob which is in that corner there should drop said item. Any plans or reason to why this was removed/changed? It shouldn't have been.
