I know, just sort of spelling out the obvious. You're on a PvP server, why are you(general you,) so butt hurt when an established player KILLS YOU. It sucks that people do it with mega twinks, but the world is huge, Go somewhere else. The grouping bonus pretty much makes anything that gives exp amazing, stop sitting in shitty dungeons like MM.

Fuck I was in a group killing LB/Greens and the exp was still drool worthy. Play safe and have fun until you can fight back...it's kind of the point of the grouping bonus so people stick together and get to that point.
