Luclin item - Mark of Anthems

Stopped at 'a clockwork jeweler' (next to Ak'anon bank) today to sell my junk and saw one Mark of Anthems for sale. Obviously a previous customer had sold it to the merchant, and I have no idea where they obtained it. It shouldn't exist, though!
