Spells: Buffs adding up wrong

I've noticed sometimes on my shaman that my strength line buffs bug out and add way too much. I should be at 197 STR normally, sometimes it his 255 Cap.. I just had this happen with my Resist spells, i casted magic resist, i was at 80, than i casted poison resist and my MAGIC resist hit 215... Not sure why it happened, and it happens randomly...
