Wizard spell Harvest
I've asked several other wizards and they do not notice this. But this has been happening since I started playing again 3-5months ago.
The spell icon appears ready, can cast the spell, goes through the entire spell casting then says "spell time has not been met yet" From my understanding you are not even suppose to be able to click the icon until it's ready. Is this a UI bug? I am just using the standard UI, not custom
