Help with UI?

Hi.. i downloaded a complete UI from here recently.. posted by leewong.

although the whole thing is nice, i am very comfortable with my UI setup now.. except for a few modules. one of these modules is the buff bar, which i wish had more features. so i have tried to make a change by swiping leewong's buffbar and adding it to my current setup, but i have reached a problem. when i load the UI, it seems to work fine.. except it is spitting out an error:

Your XML files are not compatible with current EverQuest files, certain windows may not perform correctly. Use "/loadskin Default 1" to load the EverQuest default skin.

so what i am requesting of you fine folks is to help me make this module standalone.. theres like 1500 lines of code and i am not fluent enough in XML or EQ in order to be able to make heads nor tails of this situation. here is a link to my current file: GIST
