A druid player /shouted something along the lines of "Lockjaw on the beach near the docks" so i ran to the mob and charmed him as i thought the druid needed help due to the shout. The player was Tenawin. She was kiting it and doing very well. You WAITED UNTIL THE MOB WAS UNDER 50% HP to steal it. Go ahead, say it was innocent, even after she told you that you'd stolen it.
Just thought i'd point that out.
Don't even bother to apologize, just claim complete ignorance from the countless complaints you've received.
