can u sue? EVE Online, in 2007, replaced many users Boot.ini file with one from their patch, and did exactly that - bricked tons of Windows PCs. Don't think they ever got sued for that.

You realize every windows application auotomatically references dlls from the system folder? (See the PATH environment variable) | ||
