what about casino license? you can earn it, you can lose it, bit of work for the staff, but clean server....

I agree, it's not hard to put a rule that says only licensed casinos are allow to run on the p99 server. Licensed Casinos have to be tested by a CSR or GM and have stipulations like must have been active for 2 years etc easy to do... they rather not do it..
