Changes

1. PVP Level Range - You may now only attack players 10 levels above/below you. No more grief for newbies.
2. PVE Deaths will now cause you to lose 5 levels.
3. PVP Death will still send you back to level 1.
4. Instant-gate potions removed. You mean lizard gate potions right ?
5. Firepots in Timorous Deep are no longer working.
6. Removed "/who all <zone>" command. How is anyone going to find pvp without that ? Maybe remove it later on if population increases.

Upcoming Changes

1. Removal of blind.
2. Possible implementation of teleporters.
