Miscellaneous: Too Much Information: Bard Instruments & Bags

Bard instruments and bags are currently displaying a non-classic amount of information.

In classic bard instruments wouldn't display their skill modifier. Like Haste %, this was something that players had to figure out themselves.

Example:

Description: "Stringed Instrument. +9 dex, +15 char, +9 agil. Adds approximately 20% to string songs. Wt. 0.6. magic, lore, no drop item. Found on the Maestro of Rancor in the Plane of Hate. (Submitted by Shada Bladetorm)"

Bags should be displaying pretty much no information. Specifically, they shouldn't display Size and Weight Reduction %.

Description: "8 slot pack item which reduces weight of items place inside it by 20%. Sometimes given when completing the Nillipus quest. Also found on Rathyl in Najena. (Submitted by Milney)"

"6 slot container for small items that reduces weight approximately 75%. Holds only small items. Dropped by goblin torturer in Solusek's Eye."

Some items show a weight and some don't, I assume weight wasn't displayed for awhile but was added at some point.
