No servers showing up

So I get an ip exemption for myself and two others. Myself and one person connect fine no problem, but for some reason the third person cant get anything on the server list to show up. Its not the router since 2 of the 3 are working. Tried multiple reinstalls, repairs, etc. Its the right eqhost.txt. Anyone else found a fix for this problem?
