Death Bug?

On 2 separate characters now (both DE), I died and ended up in some weird abyss that is supposed to be in Nektulos. Nothing I have done so far has worked to get me back into the game world. There is no floor, no sky, no trees, falling mobs. I can't run anywhere, can't rewind, can't gate. Anyone have a solution?
