On a PvP server especially at those levels (a fungi tunic is) ridiculous. Very few low levels do 16DMG/6seconds. Makes them basically unkillable in PvP for first 10 levels and very tough to kill next 20 levels.

Group XP bonus encourages grouping, and there's no reason why a group of 6 can't chase a fungi twink out of a zone if they play it right and stay alert.
