farming grobb/oggok faction

Is there any mobs you can farm to increase troll and/or ogre factions? I read the faction guide listed in the p99 game companion link in the library, but it only has the good races.
I was thinking of killing guards with a partner in grobb/oggok, but I may need to go back there later for quest purposes (i'm an enchanter). Wondering if it's relatively easy to fix later.
