Tiers for needed classes are as follows:

God Tier = Cleric/Warrior

Good Stuff Tier = Rogue

Good Stuff When 60 Tier = Wizard

Too Many but Still Good as Shit Tier = Enchanter/Monk/Shaman

Do Not Play Tier = Shadow Knight/Paladin

Dog Shit Bottom of the Barrel Tier = Druid/Mage

Bards wru? In with the rogues I'd say.

Rangers wru? Debatable!

Necros? In the right hands a very capable class with tons of utility. But everyone who hates necros never played one to a decent level, and therefore "omg they suck"
