The situation leading to the decision to raid suspend TMO from VP was reviewed by two GMs, and it was decided that TMO did not maliciously stall or kite Hoshkar or Silverwing.

As such i am reversing my initial ruling and lifting the suspension on TMO from VP as of the time of this post.
