As a level 26 rogue untwinked (first character on server) I most defiantly cannot solo, and mistmoore has a grand total of 1 camp for my level range (pond near zone in) so I usually end up waiting 2-3 hours on some list. I recommend you move on from mistmoore if you feel that way. For grouping you can always try unrest fireplace, or if you don't mind relocating, hit up upper guk dead side ZL grp or even yes lake of ill omen at a ledge group, it's a little rough with that minor penalty but the numerous mobs makes up for it. As a rogue you can also sneak through goblin caves and go try to join a warsilks woods giant fort group.
