GMs taking away loots

So new rules came up today and IB and Trans were going after Hate bosses.

Apparently GMs took away their Maestro/inno loot because they couldn't hold hands over bosses?

What is the story about this fagfest and is this something we should expect if 2 guilds are competing with eachother over a target?
