All of these are off level 50 dragons in Western Wastes (a zone which you need a Skyshrine key to reach), all of which are no drop, semi-uncommon (not 100% drops), and the best (6s) will be camped for awhile.

NoS won't be the 30k it is. But it remains a solid tradeable/twinkable option

You guys are funny. First off Skyshrine key for WW??? Secondly, those dragons are jokes. NoS will be a twink item and probably a more pricey one, but 25K, nope. Unless you are thinking there will just be a mass influx of plat and everything gets super inflated.

There are a ton of talismans even outside of the quest piece ones and those dragons are going to be getting killed like clockwork, (think SoS). That isn't even counting other neck items that will be added to the game. 5+ talismans are better than NoS and 4+ will make it not worth it for a lot of people to pay 25K for the small difference.
