Dead pixels in game

Hi! It's been quite a while since I logged in, but when I did, I got theae weird graphical errora. There's transparent pixels on characters and it's pretty bizarre. I did a clean install twice now and I'm still ecperiencing this issue. I figure it's my gfx card or something (GeForce 610M), but I have no idea what to make of it.. My monk is missing her head, lol!
