Quest Turn-ins Velious

I am curious how difficult people think it will be to actually turn in quests in velious considering FTE targets may be involved. Are you going to have to sneak in a turn in before the FTE?

One example I know is Dain is used for the 10th ring turn in, but I suspect there are others since I don't know much about velious.
