Game Mechanics: Worn See-invis not recognized by /target or /rt

As labled, Worn see invis items do not work when attempting to /target or /rt an invisible target, but the clickable/castable/spell buff see invis does.

You can test this by using only a worn See-invis and attempting to /target an invisible player.

Even though the player is plainly visible with ( ) appended to their name, and targetable by a direct click, /target and /rt will not function correctly unless you give yourself a "buff" see invis.
