If you're in a guild that is already blowing up Nagafen/Vox, I'd vote wizard for the extra mobilization and better potential DPS. If you intend to get PL'ed, a wizard also makes more sense.
If you're not killing those targets much yet, I'd suggest a rogue. Sure it's less potential DPS in short engages; but more reliable DPS overall, better for clearing un-kited trash, no worries about being caught LoM/OoM, and you can push Vox which is critical in the sketchy, rushed engages. Also, evade is stupidly OP.
For the most part however the discussion is just splitting hairs, both are effective, I'd go with whatever your guild has less of.
