As someone else that is also waiting on an IP Exemption I can see where he is coming from. You know how hard it is to play with a girlfriend or in my case wife glaring at you because they want to play to but cant. Or better still you want to play but you cant because your roommate started playing first so your stuck waiting on an exemption to even start playing.

I feel your pain but just have to suck it up and be patient.
