After installing Windows 10, my character models are invisible but I can see melee items. I also now have input lag (controls feel very "soft") as well as an FPS drop.

PC stats are i5-3570k, 8 GB RAM, and... oh I may have just found the problem. My vid card is not listed in dxdiag. Will edit.

I had this problem too, updating my video card's drivers was the fix for me [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] In case anyone else runs into this.
