Old school nilly, before all the holo nut swingers bent the knee to the duke, obliterated everyone from the former boxes. I am pretty sure past boxes had less pvp on them than red99 or most of the vztzers were garbage players (prob both.) That being said, red99 is the bluest pvp mmo ive ever played.

tldr past boxes were populated by garbage players, red is still pretty blue as far as pvp is concerned.
